Frequently Asked Questions

  • Check your junk email folder for a message from servicing@memberfirstmortgage.com
  • If you cannot remember what email was used to register your eStatus account, contact servicing for help at servicing@memberfirstmortgage.com or call 866.636.1052
  • If you are using a work or school email domain with a firewall, there may be a delay with the delivery of the token. You can change your email address to a personal email by contacting the Servicing Department by phone or email.
  • Verify that the token matches with the most recent token you received by copying and pasting and not including any spaces before or after the token characters.
  • The token may have expired. The login token expires in 30 minutes. Please request a new login token if you have exceeded this timeframe.
  • Do not close your web browser while waiting for your login token to arrive in your email inbox. If you close the browser window, a new login token will be required.
